We prefer all new dogs to check in prior to midday so we can introduce them to the other dogs & settle them in, the earlier the better for new dogs.

Tours – Dog Boarding & Daycare (504 Windsor Rd, Vineyard NSW)

• We welcome tours by appointment Monday to Saturday (excluding school holiday peaks & public holidays).
• Appointment times are 10.30am, 11.00am, 11.30am, 1.00pm and 1.30pm.
• Our staff are always busy caring for your pets which is our number one priority & each tour takes approximately 15 – 30 minutes so we need to ensure we have a Manager/senior staff member available who can give you their full attention for a detailed tour and briefing of our facilities and services. Tours are very unsettling for the dogs so often we need to move dogs to show people through.
• A booking is essential to avoid disappointment when you check your pet in that we can’t do a tour on the spot, thank you for your understanding.

Tours – Cattery (159 Annangrove Rd, Annangrove)

• We welcome tours by appointment Monday to Saturday (excluding school holiday peaks & public holidays).
• Appointment times are 9am & 9.30am.
• Our staff are always busy caring for your pets which is our number one priority & each tour takes approximately 15 minutes so we need to ensure we have a Manager/senior staff member available who can give you their full attention for a detailed tour and briefing of our facilities and services.
