Boarding Requirements

We are unable to accommodate un-desexed females over 6 months of age during peak holiday periods (all NSW School Holidays)
All cats need a current F3, F4 or F5 vaccination prior to boarding. If your cat is overdue this will need to be done prior to boarding or can be done while they are boarding for an extra fee. We require a copy of the certificate & you can easily upload a copy to your online account.

Photo Updates

We understand how important it is for you to know that your beloved pet is happy, relaxed & having fun whilst in our care. We offer complimentary photo updates on our Facebook page. Please contact us by email if you would like an update during your pets stay.

Gourmet Menu

All our guests are served premium meals either once or twice a day depending on their needs. We have a wide range of menu options to cater for all tastes including:

Fresh or cooked mince (chicken or beef)
Fresh chicken wings & necks
Premium dry food
A variety of canned food
Tuna/Mackarel

Super premium food options are available at an additional cost (eg BARF mince, Ziwi Peak, etc), see booking system for pricing.

We recommend to bring your pets own food if they have a sensitive stomach, an allergy or you feel they will be happier eating their own food.

Boarding Opening Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8am – 4pm

Sunday: 9-10am & 2-4pm

Discounts Available

A 5% off entire stay for stays over 30 days. (No discount offered for 1-29 days.)
A 5% discount is offered for 3 or more pets from the same family staying at the same time (excluding all school & public holiday periods).
No discounts are offered during any school holiday period or public holiday peak period due to the high demand at this time as we do book out.

Payment Terms

Cleared payment required upon check in.
Prices are subject to annual price increase on 1 June. If a booking is made prior to the price increase, then the booking will be charged at the new price.
All public holidays will incur a $5 surcharge per cat.
For long term stays over 30 days or indefinite stays we require either full payment upfront or regular payments in advance by agreement (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) by direct debit or credit card.
We accept EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer & credit card: Mastercard & Visa (1.5% surcharge applies).
