The boarding shuttle service operates 10am – 2pm Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays) & all day during peak holidays. Sydney Pet Resort will supply an air-conditioned transport vehicle with appropriate safety enclosures inside. Please note cats (& pocket pets) will need to be in their own travel crate that will be returned on shuttle drop off (or collection from our premises).
- Our driver will send an SMS message on the day giving you a 60-minute estimated pick up/drop off window as Sydney traffic can be unpredictable & it depends what other suburbs we need to pick up to/from that day.
- Please note that even though you select a pick up time in on your booking, we are not able to collect/drop off your pet at a set time. Our shuttle does 1 or 2 loops around Sydney to collect/drop off your pet/s.
- You don’t need to be home for pick up or drop off, we’re happy to collect your dog from your yard if the driver has access (& if safe for the driver to do so) or drop off into your yard (driver will fill water bowl), just let us know the details in your booking notes
- This is a private door to door service & the cost includes a driver to travel from Sydney Pet Resort to your home & back to Sydney Pet Resort
- Surcharges for wait times will be charged if the driver must wait for someone to be home to meet them. We always have other pets to collect & drop off and prefer not to have pets in the vehicle for longer than required
- Please consider pickup a day earlier or drop off a day later if timing doesn’t suit your schedule.
- All pet shuttle bookings require full payment the day before (off peak bookings) or as per the peak holiday booking payment due date (see your booking confirmation for details)
For Sunday pet shuttle bookings there is a 100% surcharge.
Please note we do not operate pet shuttle on all public holidays
Please refrain from feeding your pet prior to transport.
