Premium Cat Accommodation
Our rates are fully inclusive of the following premium inclusions:
- Indoor accommodation in our new, modern cattery with heating & air conditioning year round.
- Premium food including fresh meat daily and treats
- 1-2 playtime sessions per day inside the cattery
- Enrichment toys, staff love and cuddles
Boarding Requirements
- We are unable to accommodate un-desexed females over 6 months of age during peak holiday periods (all NSW School Holidays)
- All cats need a current F3, F4 or F5 vaccination prior to boarding. If your cat is overdue this will need to be done prior to boarding or can be done while they are boarding for an extra fee. We require a copy of the certificate & you can easily upload a copy to your online account
Prices
- Prices effective 1 March 2023
- Prices are per calendar day & include GST
- Peak rates are charged during all NSW School Holidays (except the Christmas dates below) & the Easter long weekend
- A Public Holiday surcharge applies for each public holiday – $8 per cat/pocket pet
- A Sunday surcharge applies for each Sunday – $5 per cat/pocket pet
- Christmas rates are charged between 20 December 2023 – 28 January 2024

Deluxe Room with Extended Playroom
- New, bright, modern air conditioned/heated cattery.
- Large indoor room with multiple levels to climb through with attached extended playroom with toys, chair & scratching post.
- 2 fresh, daily meals of wet & dry food, fresh/cooked meat available.
- Enrichment toys.
- Season appropriate bedding.
- Staff interaction & TLC.
Photo Updates
We understand how important it is for you to know that your beloved pet is happy, relaxed & having fun whilst in our care. We post regular photos on our Facebook page and photos are selected at random by our staff.
For guaranteed photos of your pet, you’re welcome to purchase a dedicated photo package or video package for your pet which will be posted on our Facebook page.

Gourmet Menu
All our guests are served premium meals either once or twice a day depending on their needs. We have a wide range of menu options to cater for all tastes including:
- Fresh or cooked mince (chicken or beef)
- Fresh chicken wings & necks
- Premium dry food
- A variety of canned food
- Tuna/Mackeral
We recommend to bring your pets own food if they have a sensitive stomach, an allergy or you feel they will be happier eating their own food.
Boarding Requirements
- We are unable to accommodate undesexed females over 6 months of age during peak seasons (school holidays).
- All cats need a current, annual F3 or F4 or F5 vaccination at least 14 days prior to arrival & you’ll need to give us a copy of their certificate.

Discounts
- Long term discounts are offered for stays over 30 days (see table below).
- A 5% discount is offered for 3 or more pets from the same family staying at the same time (excluding all school & public holiday periods).
- No discounts are offered during any school holiday period or public holiday peak period due to the high demand at this time as we do book out.

Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to or upon check in (or 14 days prior to check-in for peak holiday bookings, 30 days prior to check-in for summer/Christmas peak holiday bookings).
- Prices are subject to change. If a booking is made prior to the price increase, then the booking will be charged at the new price.
- All public holidays will incur a $8 surcharge per day.
- *We accept cash, eftpos, & credit card at reception: Visa & Mastercard incur a 1.5% credit card processing fee.
*We accept payment by bank transfer: bank details are shown on your booking confirmation email.
*We accept credit card payment by uploading a credit card to your online account through the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe payments incur a credit card processing fee of 2.9% (not paid to us)
