*Christmas Holiday surcharge of $25 per dog per day applies between 20 December 2023 – 28 January 2024 (Freerange & Standard)
*Christmas Peak Holiday Single rate is $154/dog/day , other Peak Holidays Single rate is $129/dog/day (reduced for Single twinshare/2 dogs from same family)

Free Range Accommodation (Social Dogs)
- Indoor accommodation with a large adjoining outdoor play yard from 7am – 6pm then tucked indoors overnight
- All day group play sessions with other dogs of similar size/age/temperament with our experienced carers
- Daily meal of premium food including fresh/cooked meat
- Brush, bath & blow dry on departure for dogs staying 3 days or more
- Daily, documented nose to tail health check including photos
- Documented nose to tail health check & weight check on arrival & departure including photos
- Lots of cuddles & interaction from our carers
Standard Kennel Accommodation (Social Dogs)
- Indoor Kennel Accommodation
- 4 Outdoor play sessions per day for 30 – 60 minutes each between 7am – 6pm with other dogs of similar size/age/temperament with our experienced carers
- Daily meal of premium food including fresh/cooked meat
- Brush, bath & blow dry on departure for dogs staying 3 days or more
- Daily, documented nose to tail health check including photos
- Documented nose to tail health check & weight check on arrival & departure including photos
- Lots of cuddles & interaction from our carers
- Our standard kennels are shared during peak holiday periods. If you pet is not social then you will need to book the single accommodation for peak holiday periods
Single Accommodation (Unsocial/Single Dogs)
- For dogs who aren’t social and need to board on their own or owners who prefer to house their dog separately. Twin Share or Triple Share available for dogs from the same family.
- Indoor Kennel Accommodation
- 4 Outdoor play sessions per day for 30 – 60 minutes each between 7am – 6pm
- Daily meal of premium food including fresh/cooked meat

Photo Updates
We understand how important it is for you to know that your beloved pet is happy, relaxed & having fun whilst in our care. We post regular photos on our Facebook page and photos are selected at random by our staff.
For guaranteed photos of your pet, you’re welcome to purchase a dedicated photo package or video package for your pet which will be posted on our Facebook page.
Gourmet Menu
All our guests are served premium meals either once or twice a day depending on their needs. We have a wide range of menu options to cater for all tastes including:
- Premium Grain Free Kibble
- Fresh or cooked mince (chicken or beef – up to 400g per serving)
- Fresh chicken necks, frames & drumsticks
- A variety of canned food
- Tuna/Sardines
Super premium food options are available at an additional cost (eg BARF mince, Ziwi Peak, etc), see booking system for pricing.
We recommend to bring your pets own food if they have a sensitive stomach, an allergy or you feel they will be happier eating their own food.
A daily meal is included in the boarding rate and an additional meal can be purchased (compulsory for all large lean breeds, puppies under 12 months old & all giant breeds)
Complimentary Bath
All dogs staying 3 days or more receive a complimentary hydro bath, basic brush & blow dry leaving your dog clean, fluffy & smelling gorgeous! You can purchase a bath & blow dry if you dog is staying less than 3 days.
Grooming
If you would like your dog professionally groomed (Full Clip or Hygiene Tidy Up) during their stay you can add this to your booking via your online account.
Documented Health & Weight Checks
We conduct a documented nose to tail health check (including photos) & weigh in of every dog on arrival & departure & frequently in between for longer term guests.
Boarding Requirements
- We are unable to accommodate un-desexed females over 6 months of age during peak holiday periods (all NSW School Holidays and all long weekends)
- All dogs must be covered by a current C5 vaccination (C3 + Kennel Cough). If your dog is overdue this will need to be done prior to boarding or can be done while they are boarding for an extra fee. We require a copy of the certificate & you can easily upload a copy (photo or PDF) to your online account
- If you’re unsure if your dog will suit our boarding environment, you’re welcome to bring him/her in for a day of day care, we offer 1/2 days (up to 4 hours), full days (7:30am-4pm) & extended days (7:30am – 7pm).
- We also suggest a day care day or overnight stay to familiarise your fur friend with our facility prior to longer boarding stays
- We accept titer tests

Discounts
- Long term discounts are offered for stays over 30 days (see table below).
- A 5% discount is offered for 3 or more pets from the same family staying at the same time (excluding all school & public holiday periods).
- No discounts are offered during any school holiday period or public holiday peak period due to the high demand at this time as we do book out.

Payment Terms
- Full payment is required prior to or upon check in (or 14 days prior to check-in for peak holiday bookings).
- Pet shuttle bookings are to be paid in full the day before pick up
- Prices are subject to change. If a booking is made prior to the price increase, then the booking will be charged at the new price.
- All public holidays will incur a $15 surcharge per dog & $8 per cat/pocket pet
- Sundays incur a $10 surcharge per dog and $5 per cat/pocket pet
- *We accept cash, eftpos, & credit card at reception: Visa & Mastercard incur a 1.5% credit card processing fee.
*We accept payment by bank transfer: bank details are shown on your booking confirmation email.
*We accept credit card payment by uploading a credit card to your online account through the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe payments incur a credit card processing fee of 2.9% (not paid to us) - For long term stays over 30 days or indefinite stays we require either full payment upfront or regular payments in advance by agreement (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and a credit card must be kept on file securely in your online account.
